FARM
PHILANTHROPY

The Original FARM, a small community cannabis retail store, has grown into one of the largest cannabis retailers in Canada, now serving over 28,000 members from all walks of life. Early on, we established a philanthropy fund using the $2 service fees from in-store ATM’s to raise money for local charities. FARM’s philanthropy initiative supports a range of charities important to FARM’s staff and clientele.

GOAL: COMPLETED

ANONYMOUS RECIPIENT

The Original FARM’s current charitable recipient has asked to remain anonymous (online) due to the sensitive nature of their work. The organization provides emergency shelter, counselling, and support services for families under pressure. Learn more by visiting FARM Downtown or FARM Hillside.

GOAL: COMPLETED

Through donating every $2 ATM service fee, FARM’s members and staff have raised $150,000 for the BC Cancer Foundation. These donations have supported life-saving immunotherapy research, taking place in Victoria at the BC Cancer Agency’s Deeley Research Centre, and have helped expand access to PET/CT Imaging across British Columbia.
